Papa Cristo’s Red Rub Seasoning Blend was born from Papa Cristo’s quest to make the best, most tender flavorful Greek potatoes like Yiayia would make. But don’t stop there! We love this blend on BBQ’d chicken, lobster, shrimp, vegetables, in dressings, chilis and so much more. Use it anytime you would normally reach for salt and pepper when you’re craving a bold tangy kick, but don’t worry, it’s not spicy! One of Papa Cristo’s most creative ways to use this blend is as a dry rub with brown sugar on smoked pork! It also adds beautiful color to fish and chicken or try it sprinkled on sliced cucumbers for a snack. Give it a try and let us how you use it!

Papa Cristo's Red Rub Seasoning Blend adds beautiful color and flavor to just about everything you are making. Papa Cristo created Red Rub to use on the tender juicy slow-roasted potatoes you've hopefully had the experience of trying at Papa Cristo's Greek Grill. These potatoes took 2 full days to prep and cook (but don't worry, at home, you won't have to do that!).

Family favorite uses
Papa Cristo's daughter, Dena loves to add Red Rub to roasted sweet potatoes with coarse Greek Sea Salt. Papa Cristo's daughter, Annie loves to add Red Rub to vegetarian chili and a simple weeknight side of Israeli couscous, feta, olive oil and Red Rub for a filling and delicious side dish. Of course, all 3 grandkids enjoy Red Rub on French fries
