Bottled by popular demand! This special signature blend is a Chrys family secret and was used in all the delicous meals served in Papa Cristo's Greek Grill. With the inspiration to bring Greek cooking home to all of you, we decided to bottle it and ever since has gained a cult following. Use this robust blend anytime you would otherwise reach for salt and pepper. With herbs, oregano, garlic and onion, this blend has an all-purpose versatility.

Of course, Papa Cristo loves to use this seasoning for his lamb marinades, but his grand kids happen to love it on scrambled eggs with Feta and popcorn! His daughter Dena loves to use it in her famous meatball recipe and baked sweet potatoes. Yiayia Maria (Papa Cristo's Wife) uses it on literally everything especially avgolemino soup and lahano dolmades. Papa Cristo's other daughter Annie uses it in chili, BBQ chicken and roasted broccoli.
